Fitness Classes for All Levels
We offer one of the best group fitness kickboxing classes in Vancouver!
Our classes focus on improving fitness, while also teaching basic kickboxing skills such as punches, knees, kicks and elbows. It’s a great way to get a full-body workout while learning kickboxing techniques.
We use a combination of heavy bags, weights, plyometric boxes and body weight exercises to keep our classes interesting and unique. The Spikeball net also makes an occasional appearance for some added fun!
No matter what your current level of fitness is, this class is sure to challenge you in all the right ways. Come and sweat with our community of fun and enthusiastic members.
Note that this is primarily a fitness class that includes kickboxing. If you’re more interested in Muay Thai and kickboxing skill development, our Krav Maga classes offer a more technique-focused experience.

What Makes This Program Special
There are a multitude of ways to get exercise and stay in shape, but many of them can be monotonous to say the least. Endless jogging on treadmills and pushing weights around can be fun for some people, but it can often be hard to stay engaged.
Our training sessions offer a solution to “the grind” by providing a great workout while also challenging you to learn new skills. We also change the workouts on a daily basis to keep the classes interesting and dynamic.
Additionally, sharing your fitness journey with your training partners and introducing some friendly competition can help push each other to reach new heights. This can result in better consistency and commitment to fitness goals. You will work hard for yourself, but also for your training partners, which enhances the experience for everyone.

How much do kickboxing classes cost?
We have a couple options depending on if you want to attend some of our other classes as well:
Conditioning / Kickboxing Unlimited
$135 + GST / month*
Conditioning / Kickboxing + 1 Other Program
$200 + GST / month*
Note that all memberships auto-renew monthly on date of purchase.
Do you offer a free trial class?
Yes, absolutely! You can book a free trial class on our app which can be downloaded from the Google Play store.

What should I bring to class?
Bring boxing gloves (if you have them). If you’re new to kickboxing and don’t have your own boxing gloves yet, that’s okay; we have some you can borrow for the class.
Staying hydrated is important and you will sweat a lot, so be sure to bring lots of water.
Wear something easy to move around in. Workout gear is great, but a T-shirt and shorts will do just fine as well. You can wear athletic shoes or train in your bare feet – whatever you prefer.
Last but not least, bring a great attitude!
